Ordering & Payment
Simply browse our coffee selection, choose your preferred coffee, grind type, and pack size. You can choose between a one-time purchase or a subscription. Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal for your convenience.
Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Yes, we'll email you an invoice automatically after your order is placed. You can also access your order history and download invoices from your account dashboard.
Subscriptions
Choose your favorite coffee and select 'Subscribe & Save' at checkout. Choose delivery frequency (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks). You'll save 10% on every order and get free shipping. You can modify, pause, or cancel anytime.
Yes! Log into your account and you can change your coffee selection, delivery frequency, or pack size at any time before your next order processes.
You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or penalties - we want you to enjoy coffee on your terms.
You'll be charged on the day your order ships. We'll send you a reminder email 3 days before each delivery so you can make any changes if needed.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are delivered via next-day delivery. Subscription orders always ship free. For one-time purchases: orders under £30 are £2.95, £30-£40 are £1.95, and orders over £40 ship free. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
We currently deliver throughout the UK mainland. For deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and offshore locations, please contact us for availability.
Your coffee is sealed in our special valve bags that keep it fresh while allowing gases to escape. All packaging is recyclable and designed to minimize environmental impact.
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery in real-time.
Coffee & Quality
Our coffee is freshly roasted in small batches to ensure peak flavour. We recommend consuming within 3 months of the roast date for the best experience.
We offer Wholebeans, Espresso grind, Filter grind, and Cafetiere grind. We recommend wholebeans if you have a grinder at home for the freshest possible coffee.
Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid the fridge or freezer. Properly stored, our coffee will stay fresh for 3-4 weeks after opening.
While not all our coffees are certified organic, we work with farmers who use sustainable growing practices. We pay above fair trade prices and support environmentally responsible farming.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your coffee, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund - no questions asked.
Contact our customer service team at hello@peakcoffee.co.uk with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement to be sent out the same day at no cost to you.
