Our Story
Peak Coffee is a small, independent coffee company founded in 2023. I'm Scott, the founder, and I run it from Kington, Herefordshire: choosing the beans, developing the blends and looking after every customer.
I started Peak because most coffee on the shelf has been sitting in a warehouse for months. Ours hasn't. Every batch is roasted in the UK to our own profiles by a specialist roasting partner, in small, frequent runs, and their team packs and dispatches it within 24 hours of your order.
One founder, one trusted roasting team, no months-old stock. Carefully chosen beans, honest claims, and a guarantee I personally stand behind: if a bag isn't right, I'll replace it or refund you.

Our Process
We work with the best importers to source our coffee from the finest regions around the world, including Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, and beyond. Each origin is carefully selected for its unique flavor profile and growing conditions.
Roasting is both art and science. Our coffee is roasted in the UK by a specialist roasting partner, in small, frequent batches to our own profiles — bringing out the distinctive character of each coffee and keeping every bag fresh.
From farm to cup, we maintain the highest standards. Every step is designed to preserve freshness, enhance flavor, and support the communities that make exceptional coffee possible.
Straight from the roaster
Every order goes straight from the roasting team to your door. Order by 2pm on a weekday and it's packed and dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.
There's no warehouse in between. Your bags are packed at our roasting partner's roastery on the day they leave, so what you open is what was roasted for this run, not stock that's been sitting around.
