Delivery Timeframes
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day.
- Orders before 2pm: dispatched same day, delivered next working day
- Orders after 2pm: dispatched next working day
- Weekend orders: dispatched Monday, delivered Tuesday

- During peak periods (holidays), delivery may take slightly longer
- Remote areas may occasionally take an extra day
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including:
- England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
- Mainland and most accessible islands
- Residential and business addresses
Please note: We only ship within the UK and are unable to ship to BFPO postcodes (British Forces Post Office).
International Delivery: We do not currently offer international shipping outside the UK. We're working on expanding our delivery options—stay tuned!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page.
Delivery Issues
Missed Delivery
If you're not home when the courier attempts delivery, they'll typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Check the card for your courier's specific process.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your coffee, but if your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately at hello@peakcoffee.co.uk or call 01432 655 064.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address after ordering, contact us immediately. We may be able to update it before dispatch.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Significant Delays
While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur due to courier issues or extreme weather. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there's no update after 7 working days, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.
Sustainable Packaging
We're committed to minimizing our environmental impact. Our coffee is packaged in:
- Recyclable bags with one-way valves to maintain freshness
- Cardboard boxes made from recycled materials
- Paper tape and minimal plastic where possible
- No unnecessary packaging – just what's needed to protect your coffee
Please recycle all packaging materials according to your local recycling guidelines.
