Orders & Pricing

Placing Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Peak Coffee Co. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed
  • We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur
  • If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Peak Coffee Co will not be formed until we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

If payment is declined, we will notify you and your order will not be processed until valid payment is received.

Delivery

We offer next day delivery on all orders. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Delivery costs vary based on your order value:

  • Orders under £30: £2.95 shipping
  • Orders £30-£40: £1.95 shipping
  • Orders over £40: FREE shipping
  • Subscriptions: Always FREE shipping

Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom. Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

If you are not available to receive delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery.

Subscriptions

Our subscription service delivers fresh coffee at your chosen frequency with a 10% discount and free shipping on every order.

How Subscriptions Work

  • Choose your coffee and delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly)
  • Your card will be charged automatically before each delivery
  • You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account
  • Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle. You will continue to receive deliveries until the end of the current paid period.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process payment again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You will be notified by email of any payment issues.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your coffee! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

In summary: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're unhappy with your order, contact us for a refund or replacement, no questions asked.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, descriptions, and flavors. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately represent product colors.

All coffee products are perishable. For best quality, we recommend consuming within 3 months of the roast date and storing in an airtight container away from heat and light.

Coffee flavor profiles are subjective and can vary based on brewing methods, water quality, and personal taste. Tasting notes are intended as a guide only.

Loyalty Rewards & Referrals

Peak Coffee Co operates a loyalty rewards program and referral program for registered customers. Points and credits are subject to the following terms:

  • Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
  • Points expire 12 months after earning if account is inactive
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program with notice
  • Fraudulent referrals or abuse of the program will result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension
  • Referral credits are applied to your account when referred friend makes their first purchase

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Peak Coffee Co or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

The Peak Coffee Co name and logo are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Coffee Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
